I know this has nothing to do with audio gear lol but I need help. This company is shady as hell btw. They refuse to tell me the charger. They want me to buy it from them for $55.

Don't know the name of the cable but I'm pretty sure you can pick one up from pretty much every electronics store for maybe 5-10$! If it's for a trimmer you will need an adapter with that type of connector on it. Just bring the trimmer and tell them you need a charger for it. They should be able to look up what voltage the charger should be!

Thank you! will try to go to some today! I hate companies like this so much. In the manual it says nothing about the connector type or anything. Online nothing to be found. When I messaged them they say they sell replacments for $55. Ridcoulous.... They pray on technology illiterate communiites like barebrs, stylist etc

My Roland S-760 and my shaver use a power cable like that. They're cheap and you can find them in any electro-nics store.

Looks to me like a proprietary connector on a standard wiring. Philips do this for their shavers too. eBay “Philips shaver charger” and you will see tons of cheap results. Philips have the one sided notch too, so may be a direct fit. If not, just carve the plastic moulding as necessary (being careful not to splice the wires obviously).

You can clearly see, it's an AC/DC adapter and not just a cable. So a simple cable or a different adapter would result mostly in interesting visual fx, but this here is a forum for audio and music production and you posted in "Soundgear". If you actually wanted to sample it, have you already searched on the net? There are already a lof of samples of shavers and similar things.

People here tell you to use power cords or some adapters from different devices, so I guess no.

    Well, it's not USB...
Basically, you have two options. a) Use the original charger from the manufacturer or b) another charger with at least the same voltage and the same polarity. In some cases you would also need the same current. If you cannot figure out these values, there's only option a.

In any case it would be really helpful it you could provide the information you have. Manufacturer, model no., maybe even the model number of the original charger (where is it or what happened to it?). It would really make it easier for all of us.
