I run Windows only plugins on my mac smoothly

    So I got Crossover to work with SWAM saxaphone, now does anyone know how I can optimize the audio latency between the Wine bottle and my host mac? I tried ASIO but the latency is noticeable. I use Reaper as my DAWand I'd love to be able to route MIDI from the Reaper instance on my Mac, into the Reaper instance in the Wine Bottle and have it trigger the SWAM plugin, then route the audio from the Wine Bottle back into the Reaper instance on my Mac.

    Look what a coincidence!. I come here for the Ummet Ozcan Genesis Pro. I appeal to those who know and could elaborate a little. Can we test this synth with any of these methods? If so, can someone please make a guide? thank you wonderful minds

    well dear, the truth is that it is quite easy to install a bottle with ableton live in crossover. Following what iDjay says.
    For those like me who want to try Ummet Ozcan, it works. But dear ones just to say that this synth is terrible. Do not miss anything here. It's not what it seems. As surely you will start reading around there. Now, quality goes hand in hand with price. Since I install the ableton we are going to try some more little thing(u-he)to see what happens. Cheers

    iDjay's suggestion seems to be working but the latency is too high. I'm trying to use it to play with fx plugins live in Reaper.

    So I tried installing ToonTrack EZ Keys complete in windows, then copying the dll to my mac and running it in NetVST Host...when I loaded the .dll, NetVST Host didn't do anything...any suggestions?

    I think I need some help with this. I haven’t been able to install Visual C++ 6.0, I always get task failed. I appreciate any help.

    EDIT: solved, there was something wrong with the version of CrossOver I had.
