If you pay monthly they send coupons when your time is almost up to keep you as well. This is who I use.

 

Just a thought, but you do realize that companies like real-debrid (and the like) are to some degree taking money from the file hoster sites, and its quite possible that rapidgator (for example) is deliberately changing things on their end to break how the service works. I personally haven't had any issues with real-debrid that aren't more than worth the price I pay for what I receive from them.

 

i'm sure this is true. but many other debrid sites have figured out how to get past their "changes". go to the main webpage for real-debrid, and look at the supported sites. they have dropped rapidgator from the list.

again, you may not be experiencing any issues at the moment, but real-debrid has cut off every way to reach them for support. and as of yesterday, they said on their twitter account that they would no longer be offering rapidgator. i think the only reason that it still works at all is that their rapidgator accounts have not yet expired. if you are fine not having access to rapidgator, then by all means continue to use real-debrid. for some who use the sister site, rapidgator is very important. especially since uploaded tends to delete files much quicker than rapidgator.

 

Deepbrid is a great site if you only need to download things once in a while. Its free too.

are you saying that have free access to rapidgator? i looked at their site and they say the maximum file size for rapidgator is 450mb and only one file per day. so most kontakt libraries are a no-go.

Unfortunately you are 100% correct, I can confirm that.

I had a three months membership with realdebrid that will expire in less than two weeks and there's no way that I will renew.

Bottom line is: I hate to be taken for an idiot by an other idiot.

Speaking of Debrid type services and downloading, a while ago I used to be able to use JDownloader (with my RD account credentials in its settings) and drop multiple links in in one go (very handy for when stuff is spread over multiple parts) and could leave it doing its thing. It would go through the list by itself and be done when I came back.
This has not been working for quite a while, now and keeps stopping and needing some other behind-the-scenes interaction, such as a possible captcha request that I can't see. It's always updating, as are its third party plug-ins, but nothing ever changes or fixes this. I wondered if anyone else has been experiencing this issue and whether JDownloader, Real-Debrid or something else was at fault and does anyone know of a work-around?

 

I've never used a real/etc debrid service.

95% of the stuff I download, I get it from uploaded .net premium, and if the upload link is down, I will use the free rapidgator links, and download it, even if it might take 4 or 5 hours or 10 .

A few months ago, I finally decided to give Uptobox a chance... because their prices are super low. I think I was able to get 6 months premium, for 4 or 5 bucks...

I use it to download 4k iso movies, from 50 to 90GB each movie, and I never had the smallest problem.

I don't know how they make money...

- there is no download limits ! While, eg, uploaded .net has a 900gb download limit, uptobox, no limits. I only have a 20mb line, and I need around 7 hours to download 50gb... but I'm sure there are plenty of guys out there, with 1000mb fiber connections, and they can easily download a few terabytes of crap, in just a few days...
- when we download a movie, with a mkv file extension, we can stream the video directly from their servers

Maybe I'm not a power user, upload files, share them and have them download by other guys, etc etc, and there probably are some limitations.. but at least, price wise, their are super cheap ...I mean, what you normally pay for a couple of premium months, on other file hosts, you get 1 or 2 years premium, at uptobox !

If nitrofile is so expensive, I think it's because many many porn websites that offer full porn site rips, and all kinds of porn content, etc etc, use nitrofile links.... and when it's about porn, some people will happily spend up to 30 bucks for 1 month of premium, just to be able to download terabytes and terabytes of porn...

as some one who tends to watch porn on a regular basis, i do vj-gigs on fetish parties and it requires a certain genre and from that only certain shots. no not those, nobody wants to watch those on a 4mtr wide screen and why am i even justifying this, well because it says something about the amount of porn, at that point it's boring really. anyways when downloading terabytes and terabytes of porn it's safe to say one has a problem and needs help. also he'll have blisters, pretty sure when trying to watch all that porn has the side effect of getting blisters.

 

it's not jdownloader. the problem is real-debrid. there is something that they just have not figured out that the other debrids seem to have nailed. i found that if you set jdownloader to only work on one file at a time, it will sometimes work okay. the only other workaround i have found is to manually download the files one-by-one. it's a little easier if you use real-debrid's firefox plugin.

 

i'm happy with RD as long as they keep supporting uploaded

 

to me the real advantage to a multihoster debrid is if the files that you are interested in are offered on both rapidgator and uploaded, and one of those hosters i having a problem, you can always use the other one. not to mention uploaded takes files down a lot quicker than rapidgator.

 

Ah, I see. That's a pity. It used to work okay dropping multiple files or .rar parts in, but then a few months ago just.. stopped. Yes, I've noticed that it still works when adding one file at a time, but that kind of defeats the point of adding several items to a list for it to automate so you don't have to keep standing over le computer watching them then starting the next file every ten minutes.

You're right, it does seem to work better in the Firefox plug-in, only, I've sometimes had to keep clicking "resume" lately because some of the downloads have been failing (although perhaps that could have been the fault of the ISP router?); but jD was always smooth & flawless before.

I guess I'll stick with the web browser plug-in for now but will consider my options in alternative 'multi-hoster' services over the next few months.
