When i load any mp3 file and press play all i get is white noise/mosquito audio. Anyone else get this? I get the same results with the Advanced R2R version as well. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening and if there's a way around this? I've tried uninstalling and installing and nothing seems to work.

 

I don't know if RX accepts mp3's. Convert it to .wav first. Or better, don't use Mp3 at all when processing.

 

Can you give more information? Like the OS, how it behaves when loading wav files, and so on.

 

I converted my audio files to wav but it still gives the same response.

 

It loads the files like normal and i have Windows 10 64 bit while using the 64 bit software.

What I'm really asking is: does it do that weird noise when you use other file formats than MP3? For instance WAV, and so on...
It seems it does no matter the format. Could be RXs sound input?

I just tried it and it works like a charm for me.
Can you tell me what output driver it's using? Edit->Preferences->Audio

 

HOLY CRAP! IT WORKED THANK YOU SO MUCH! Sometimes you need help from an outside perspective... ugh i couldn't thank you enough man I simply changed it to ASIO and FL studio asio and it works like a charm.

 

If only all the problems were like this... it seems your direct sound (MME) driver fights with RX7.
