i have been using real-debrid for about seven years now. during those seven years, i have been a strong supporter of real-debrid to anyone who would listen. over the past few weeks, the company has made several very bad business decisions, and i can no longer recommend them.

1. the removed their user forum, which was always the best place to go if you had questions or needed information.
2. they changed their "help" section to a list of frequently asked questions. there is now no way to directly contact anyone for help.
3. they no longer list rapidgator as a supported site. this is the biggest issue for me. they were having problems on and off with rapidgator for a few weeks, and now they show rapidgator as not being supported. however, i am still able to download from rapidgator one file at a time. if you try to download mutiple files - especially using jdownloader, that is where the issues usually come up.
4. they had numerous complaints on their twitter page regarding these issues. initially, they responded to those complaints in a very rude and arrogant manner. now they have actually deleted all tweets and you can no longer tweet to them.

this is a company that appears to be rapidly headed for self-destruction and i would not hand them any of your money.

What would you recommend then.my worst experience was actually with Zevera.that company is a total scam.ducked me for a whole month so i wouldn't be able to get a refund as the speeds i was getting were atrocious.had to go around them and ask their payment gateway to refund me.even after that they still attempted to make charges to my paypal account.they never went through thankfully

 

That's a real shame when companies go 'down hill'. Can you recommend any other similarly priced services?

Slightly off-topic, but that reminds me of the person behind iBlocklist. I had a question but there was no help or explanation anywhere. I managed to actually contact the author but he was so incredibly Rude, Arrogant and Condescending. (I've kept the emails of our conversation for evidence). In the end, after much sweat and experimentation, I managed to eventually figure it out, but he certainly won't be getting another penny out of me (that's for sure) and from what I read, he stole the lists from Bluetack (BISS) anyway, before they dissolved. I don't have a VPN service at the mo, so I kinda rely on those lists :/

 

i am not sure at this point. like i said, i've been using real-debrid for 7 years. i have no idea who might be better. and i still have almost three months left on my real-debrid account so i probably won't be looking at other sites for a while.

 

I just successfully grabbed something with RealDebrid Firefox plug-in from a RapidGator link... Seems to be working now?

 

I've only been using the free version, but Deepbrid suddenly stopped being useful about a month ago. Every .url I've entered from their supported sites turns up an error message -- either it's "unsupported" (even if it's on their list of supported sites) or it requires an upgrade to a premium account, even though the file in question is below their download limits. Dunno what happened, don't care.

 

yes, i also was successful in downloading a file from rapidgator using real-debrid just a few minutes ago. however if you look at their list of supported sites, rapidgator is designated "not supported". i think they got such a big backlash from customers they are trying to find a way.

I have been using Alldebrid for over a year now and very happy with their service Upload and Rapidgator supported amongst 81 hosts, only Nitroflare not supported.

 

i've never used all-debrid, but from what i have heard they are probably the best alternative to real-debrid. similar pricing and good selection of hosters.

btw, real-debrid doesn't support nitroflare either.

 

I'm with Alldebrid and cannot complain. It's reliable, well integrated, has all the usual services and isn't overpriced.
I've never tried Linksnappy though, which is recommended on sister site, maybe it's an alternative.

You got a better alternative Deepbrid. 83 filehosters, their free version is awesome. Its costlier than real-debrid for sure, but not much. OP, u will get rapidgator in the free version as well. I actually used the free version before I came to know about OBOOM, but oboom isn't that reliable.

 

Alldebrid customer since 2103 here. As far as I can see, the forum is still there. They say that rapidgator is under maintenance and the speeds are limited, in fact, I download at 300kbps from there.
They have effectively removed the ticket support: this is definitely a negative point. Up to now I have not encountered major problems with Alldebrid. Regarding their arrogance, I agree: it happened that I contacted them once for a secondary issue and they replied with a weird bullying attitude.
I have never tried other multihost services so I can't recommend alternatives, I believe that Realdebrid / Alldebrid are managed by the same organization, so I guess they have the same features.

yeah, oboom is very unreliable. i used them for a while when i couldn't afford to renew my real-debrid account. in the beginning it seemed great, but then it just stopped working for a long time. now, every once in a while it works.

 

i didn't know that. i thought realdebrid was started by someone who used to work for alldebrid.

No problems with Debriditalia since 2014 for me .. rapidgator, uploaded and ddl.to are working well there (ddl.to not atm) ..

Anyway, I've been doing RealDebrid for about three years now and now it is sucking eggs. Deepbrid might be my next stop sooner than my current Realdibrid account terminates as it is just no fun anymore.

 

No complaints here with RD. Been pretty reliable
