I would like to learn all as possible about psychoacoustics.
I prefer video/tutorials, so if you know anything that could help, would be great.

Is there anything specific you are interested in? I don't know what videos there are out there, but I did like the book "An Introduction to the Psychology of Hearing" by Brian Moore. It is somewhat technical and a good introduction to not only the fundamentals of our acoustic perception, but some background on the physiology of the ear as well. After reading this (or similar), you'll be better equipped to understand the more recent/specific applications.

I'm interested in the psychology to understand how we hear and why we feel in relationship with music.
And, for example, why I feel how I feel when I listen a great song (that I haven't listened in years) played in a car that is moving away from me in the street.
Also, how can we use it while mixing and mastering music.

Hi, I'm not sure if psychoacoustic study is going to tell you much about why you might feel nostalgia when you hear a car playing a song you used to like (which is just plain psychology...)

The book I mentioned introduces the physiology of hearing (the ear is not merely a passive organ, it can actively amplify sounds for example), then discusses sensitivity thresholds, tonal masking, loudness, pitch perception, followed by perception of spaces, localisation and speech, and the last chapter is about applications from cochlear implants to HiFi systems (this chapter is the most out of date, depending on edition).

 

Thank you, that is very interesting. I suppose it will help to understand hyperacusis and a lot of things from hearing.

Hope it also gives "tricks" or learnings to apply when mixing & mastering.
