How to find and install Kontakt 6 Factory Library?

    I've installed the latest Kontakt 6.2.2 version and I don't know where to find the standard Kontakt 6 Factory Library. Where can I find it or can I even download it inside Kontakt 6?

    You can download it using Native Access or from AudioZ. Depending if it is legit or non legit. Good news is that the Kontakt Factory Library hasn't changed much since 2016. To add it use the ADD LIBRARY option.

    Thanks for the native access tip! Now that I can see all the avaiable packs, it's really hard to pick which pack to download... any recommendation on must have packs? Which is the best sounding strings pack?

    What orchestra "things"?
    You can find the link for the factory library in the sister site surely. I COULD BE WRONG, but as far as I'm aware, kontakt libraries work the same for windows and mac(if you're downloading the files straight up, and not using an installer).

    How hard is it to go to AZ and search for it? Be ready to download 23GB+ of data. Or use Native Access and get it straight from NI.

    How the fuck can 5.6 load what it does not have? The guy was requesting the Factory library and was told where and how to download it. Also,Kontakt 6.2 will load the ones from up to 5.6 and the ones after 5.6 so why use that old version?

    I thought he was just looking for a library then didnt know how to install it. I was anaware libraries could be loaded that way now. i still have a legit fear of native access-

    Easy. That's the workaround in Mac for loading new libs for 6.2.x
    We have to use 5.6.0 since the Add Library button went.
