    I might have mentioned somewhere along the way that I bought a Strymon Iridium about three weeks ago and I never had such a great feel from anything in the way of amp/speaker/cabinet modelers, Kemper included. Going through the Iridium it is so close for me as playing through an amp. It takes pedals freaking greatly too. Where it shines is that point where an amp will just begin to break up where I can use it expressively. Cool bones, baby. I'll try to post something tomorrow.

    That's the one. Like most of what I buy I picked it up used for, in this case, 3fiddy. The fellow decided to keep it loud with a couple of 50 watt amps. He figured it was either and not or. For me it is or as I'm not gigging anymore and could use the space where my VOX AC15C1 is and gathering dust. I am keeping the tiny and cute AC4TV though.

    I've been gardening all day and not yet had a chance to record an example. I'm just having a nice cold Panache in the shade while writing this.

    Nice bit of kit you got there. This is the first I know of it. I like the supper ease of changing parameters by way of the touch screen.

    Yea, yea, keep it in your pants:mates:. I need to make supper, but after that I'll do just that!

    I know you didn't ask for a feedback, but just in case...

    For my taste too much distortion and too long/big reverb

    Nice consistent voc level, nice guitar tune and well played - as expected/always :yes:

    I realize the verb is too long. I forgot that the Valhalla Shimmer that I used was in line before the instance of Edison that I recorded the guitar on. It was really late when I had the chance to do this and the take of this is written in stone, but it is just a demonstration what the Iridium can sound like. I should just give you my rough tracks to mix because I'm getting deaf as fuck and can't hear shit anymore. I'm like the last year's of Beethoven's hearing of the mixing world, a blind man in a room full of unknown obstacles, an armless gymnast when it comes to the mixing stage. Thank goodness what I've been up to is sparse else your cons would fill up the space of a novella.

    Fucking awesome!! I feel so honored. You really can play the guitar.
    Congrats and thanks :winker::wink:
    Not to mention this:

    I saw this guy live twice and the first one was really savage. As a show, best gig ever. My right knee still feels it...:metal:

    Nopes, I'm from Barcelona so I saw it when he played here at the "american Caesar" tour ages ago (mid-90s)
    Somewhere else like two years later at a gig where he was a supporter band.
