This is kind of a shot in the dark, but is there a way to remove the 90 day clock on something like this?

 

It has been done already. Go to sister site and look for it. I will send you a PM telling you where the sister site is. A friendly suggestion, in the future refrain from opening threads like this. They turn into nightmares for the OPs. Go next door and search for it, or send some of the members a PM.

Also, my whole mission is to find a build of Ableton live 10 Suite that works on macOS Catalina. I haven't found a working version on the sister site yet.

Hi, I know I'm not an active member, but if you coule send me the sister site address, it would be really cool. Thanks. (I've bought a little plugin "zwobot", but it doesn't work with my Live 9.5, only with the trial of live10)

 

They used to be quite flexible with these trial periods. You can contact them and ask for a prolongation for a project that you are working on.
