there are new developers watermarking their material with unique watermarks, Even individual patches in sounds and even individual snares, that are linked to specifically one person and the companies say that they will use the information to arrest people!!!! this is new tech?

They are not audio watermarks, they are customer info strings embedded in the NKI files, so they can see who has leaked a library on the net if it gets out and is shared on warez sites.

Well, I have read that if you can prove it was really stolen, like with a copy of the police report, then you are in the clear and nothing will happen to you, even if your files are shared.

ok i will say it again use every thing and any thing that you can get your hands on BUT'' if you ever sale or use one of you Beats and Make Money off of it or you are Lucky enough to Have one or more of your Songs/Beats Hit meaning you have a main stream artist use one of your songs then all you have to do is Buy the sound sample kits that you used simple then they can't go after you because you own it that easy
