why aren't spitfire audio new stuff not on the sister site anymore? i know they release some stuff on their new plugin, but most of the new stuff is still on kontakt, anybody has any ideas?

 

spitfire stuff has never been cracked , like all kontakt libraries that appear on the "scene" it is bought by someone who decides to share it with the world. There is literally nothing stopping YOU from buying one of the new ones and sharing with everybody.

why aren't Cableguys Cracked
why aren't Sonsig Cracked .. and the lists go on

this is why @SAiNT decided from very early, for good reason, that audiosex is a completely seperate project and should have nothing to do with Audioz...

 

well i'm sorry then let me rephrase, why aren't people "sharing" spitfire things anymore, i really dont mean to offend anyone i am nee here obviously and i really dont know the rules, really sorry if i offended someone

 

Also most of their recent releases don't use Kontakt but run in their own engine, inside a proprietary Spitfire Audio plugin, which hasn't been cracked.

 

First because Spitfire libraries as well other libraries from other devs are too expensive to buy, second because devs embed personal infos inside the libraries...

 

Not sure about the Kontakt libraries. They are very expensive, and there's no point for anyone who wants to share them to buy them outside of sales which are not as frequent for Spitfire as for other companies.
But as far as their new stuff in their own new player is concerned, as well as the new stuff from Orchestral Tools, I would say, IMHO leave them in peace for a while so they can gain some solid ground. Making a stand against Native Instruments and their Kontakt quasi-monopoly is more important right now than always getting the latest stuff cracked.

 

Exactly the reason why I haven't pulled the trigger on plenty of libraries and plugins. Don't embed stuff in the stuff I buy.

 

Watermarked ? Ah , so they need to provide different download pack for each custormer ?

 

Many split the instrument into two downloads - the samples as such, and then another smaller download with the instrument files. Those are mostly small and seem to be generated automatically upon purchase. So you get one standard download link for the samples, and a custom download link to the instrument files that have some kind of watermark in them.

Then there's audio watermarks that actually put something into the samples themselves, but I don't know much about that (and couldn't think of a company that actually uses it right now).

There a couple of older libs that were never shared and they've been out for years like BH toolkit, but then maybe because it's huge (150GB) Yikes!

would be nice to have though..

 

a little bit wrong... library splitted for few parts, one of the parts - archive with instruments. every nki file contain unique number (they compile several hundred such archives in advance), this number linked to order after purchased. if you change at least the one byte in the file, the kontakt will give an error and will not load the file. when a pirated version appears on the Internet, they will immediately block the user who bought this library.
