My external HD crashed on me a couple of days ago and all of my synths and effects were on that and I was wondering if anyone knew which versions of Massive, Absynth, FM8, and basically all the other Native Instrument software was stable and did not have a time bomb hiding in it. I am using OSX 10.7.4 (Lion) and I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for each version of all of these AU's or VST's that do not have a time bomb or anything else that would cause each version to crash. I know I never upgraded Massive from one of the earliest versions of it because I tried one time and I ran into a time bomb which sucked because I really wanted to use some newer soundbanks and I could not because I had such an old version :(. If anyone knows the most stable version for each one could you please post it for each individual plugin. I hope it is not to much to post the exact version of each plug in that you have found to be stable but I would greatly appreciate it and I thank those who take the time and answer. It is much appreciated!!!! Again thanks in advance!!!!

I'm still using Massive 1.3.0, works like a charm and Reaktor 5.8.0 too, that's all from NI here *yes*

Do what a wise man should do! Search for the last versions and read the user comments! :wow:

The last versions are all stable as far as I know ! Never had any issue...

Except Massive, I own the legit version but Reaktor, Kontakt, Guitar Rig, Battery 4, Monark etc... Work perfect !

The K'd Massive crashes are related to a database problem. You need to delete ‘NIMassiveDataBase’ then it should stop crashing. Or buy the legit version, I think that one doesn't crash. :bleh:

I use all of them and they are all stable, just use the last version to ensure the best stability.
