Why does Reaper keep asking the location of folder which I uninstalled?

    As title said, I uninstalled Waves 9.6 version long times ago and cleaned up the left files completely. But Reaper keeps asking me the location of folder of it every time on new scan.

    Did you clean the registry? Otherwise, try to click on "Clear cache/re-scan" in Reaper on the VST page in preferences

    Yeah, I would recommend "Clear cache/re-scan" and that should fix the issue.

    One (or more) of you tracks is still referencing the now removed plugin. You may need to find the culprit.
