Looking to hire (or work with someone if they believe in my music) someone that does cartoon-like video animation. I have a song I wrote a treatment for to have a animation done for. A lot of people I came across don't really have high quality work and was curious to see if anyone on this forum does animation or know of someone that does.

There are a lot of animators and 3D artists on instagram presenting their works and styles. Search for hashtags like #motiondesign #animation #2d or #3d. But if you want high quality animation you gotta have some really deep pockets. You're probably better off shooting a filmed video yourself on a low budget level.
