The new update of Traktor (v2.6.2) almost made me wet my pants
Finally, it includes the possibility to map third party controllers for use with Remix Decks. So, I spent last 3 days of figuring out and doing just that.
Now if you happen to have a Launchpad laying around and want to use it to trigger samples and loops directly in Traktor the same way I do, here is my mapping ;) Enjoy!

my friend has also had bowel-inconsistancy issues thanks to this new Traktor feature, he dj's almost nightly at a shitty club so he lives and breathes this stuff

Hopefully someone comes up with a solid mapping for Korg padKontrol's. It would be awesome to have it next to my APC40.................CONTROLLERISM :dancing:

 

Ah yes, pant wetting excitement, I know it well.

I also happen to be the owner of a Launchpad so I doff my hat to you Sir, for both taking the time to map the LP, (mind numbingly boring I should imagine!) and for sharing the fruits of your labours.

Gratitude abounds. Guess I`d best be grabbing the Traktor update now.

 

Mind numbingly boring indeed. But couldn't wait until somebody else would do it ;) As of sharing, if only one another person will find it as useful as I do, then the effect of my labours will double and the pain from the mind numbingly boring procedure halves Enjoy it!

I just made an update that makes it a full featured Launchpad Remix Deck mapping.
Added support for all of the main and some advanced functions. Sort of what one would find on a pair of Kontrol F1's ;)
