Why are AAX K'd plugins available for windows and not for Mac ?

    Why are AAX K'd plugins available for windows and not for Mac ?

    because a modified aax can only be used in a k'd host. Pro Tools as host daw for 64 bit aax remains unk'd for mac. therefore there is no host available that would be able to handle a modified aax
