Hi. My daughter recorded some vocal into iphone. It was recorded in some distance to a mic what gives some ambience. How to make the sound closer? Any plugin for the purpose? Apart from this it sounds dull, you know, flat in frequencies. Lack of high and some low freqs. How to make little bit more prominent? Thanks

try some eq and boost lower end with mid comp and use noiser and some reverb. it might help. otherwise wait for some vocal expert to comment.

Plugins wise, iZotope RX3, and probably newer, has a dereverb module with it.
Also Acon Digital DeVerberate 2 is on the sister site as of today!
Do one of these prior to any eq'ing.
edit: yep, RX7 has it too.
