I recently started to learn how to edit audio in FL studio. But for some sample, I don't have the same interface (see the red circle on the picture). Anyone know a way to have the same option as the left picture for the right picture, please?

you can't have envelope settings menu for samples which you place in playlist. put the sample in pattern and you will have that menu

 

Theres a difference because one is in a sample format (left) and the other is known as an audio clip (right), just add a new blank sampler in the step sequencer and drag the audio into it, or browse for it in the sampler.
