Is there anyone having an idea how to Edit TAGS on audio files from Splice or any other company providing sample pack i already tried different App for editing Metadata (music tag editor, MusicBrainz, Audiofinder etc..) but i think i might miss something crucial somewhere.. basically, like many of you, i have a bunch of Sample from different company. i'd like to be able to cleanup the suppliers tags and add my own, then i'll be abble to use my sound in the ADSR app for exemple. Thx in advanc. I'm on OS X btw

ps: i can edit Tags on the ADSR sample manager but can save it (print it) to the sample itself, wich mean i cannot move my soundbank to other computer for ex.

I don't know much about this but dbPowerAmp is a very powerful audio sample manipulation tool. I only use it for batch-conversion but just looking at the settings I know it has several tag-oriented related features.

Free Audacity has a batch converter and tag editor too (but I must admit I never used both at the same time, so ...).

I am in the same boat with you. I have been trying to figure out how to add meta data or even re-tag a lot of my files as well. I have a huge amount samples and sound effects that I want to retag with information from a PDF or an excel file. But have not found any way to it.
