Do you take requests? Like a general idea or your interpretation of something.

never had requests, but I don't really think I'm that confident with 3d yet to do requests. Maybe one day when I feel ready...

Is there a small mistake in the center or am I fooled by the graphic?

    Nope you aren’t being fooled...

Not a mistake, but not a correct thing either. I’m aware of it. Blender doesn’t have a way of having particles collide with each other yet so intersection errors occur. The graphic was done using the particle system cuz it’s the most efficient way to do it; but maybe in a future update they will provide a feature for the particles to not intersect...

There are ways around it but it involves losing some procedural control which i still want for this graphic...

Ah, I see. Right after my post I found some more but that's ok then. Nothing in life is perfect.
Nonetheless, nice structure and fx. :like:

hehe POVray is still used by graphics programmers today to study raytracing, especially students...

You're right, and I think still is second to none for fractal texture generation and shit like that.

But when I used it, and purely as a hobby, was in the 90's. MS-DOS days. It didn't have GUI but only text files to declare the scene. If you wanted something more complex than a f*cking sphere or brick you had to develop a damn equation... but a blast still.

Coming from a Commodore Amiga it was the first cool thing I discovered a PC could do and not suck at it. By CPU brute force. Well, that and the sound card able to sample sounds at a whooping 8bit 22Khz.
Now that I think of it that was when I made my first fade-in fade-outs and trivial sound processing. Oh, and manual stuttering. I recorded an especially bastard college teacher during a class, sampled it and manually stuttered the shit out of it. Lots of laughs, it became a Greatest Hit in my class

Edited: before anybody asks, the answer is yes. I suspended that bastard's subject

you know what, now that I think about it, since this is my dedicated thread, I may as well just post all my new music on here as well rather than make a new thread each time...

Possibly, specially when you're making 3D animated video's too... Just might get cluttered, I dunno.

    The Matrix is glitching...

No matter what No Avenger says behind your back, you're really more than just a pair of cantaloupes with nipples.

    Nice new song.

Out of the last four I like the very last most. Its proportions, the colours (incl the fade to the darker blue in the background, compared to the one before) and it looks like some alien artifact hovering above the ground.

I bet you think that last one is some alien dildo, that's why you love it, knowing how messed up your fetishes are...

this is why I would never make prints of my artwork, I'm afraid someone will jerk off onto them...
