Hey guys I am running the Audio Utopia version of PT 12.5 and I keep getting database errors and memory access violation errors before protools even loads up properly.

Can someone help me fix this, thanks in advance.

This is a known issue in PT11/12+. I don't know about the new version from 2018/2020.
Can be many things. Most of them are plugins related issues. Try to load your session with no plugins and see what happens after playing for a while. If it plays nicely so start every plugin one by one till you find the one is may causing this. Lots of work, I know.
Sometimes just to have problematics plugin in PT databse can do that. I recommend you stop using them if you find and remove them from the AAX plugin folder.
I still got this king of thing when editing clips, for instance...no playback, just editing...
Background app can make this happens too. As i said, many things...
VSTs plugins inside PT via BlueCats can do that alot. SoundToys for example. When I need to use any VST I just render the track as soon as possible. VSTs via TransVST it is even worse and they don't save presets as well. Anyways, it's hard to point only one reason.

CRTL+S all the time my friend and automatic backup session every 2 min. This will save the day!
