iZotope Ozone 8. For each plugin from the set I found a better replacement, so I don't use it anymore. But I really treasure RX.

Do you consider a plugin to be 'bought' if it's free?! Looks like you buy a lot of plugins for cheap but don't use them! :)

    Omnisphere.
Just don't use it sadly. The box props my PS4 games up, so it's not all bad news.

Bought in the sense that these plugins are not freeware. I got a sone of them through my focusrite account where you get a new one each month. It's called plugin collective. But I paid most of the once mentioned here. Just not for the retail price. Your analysis is right for the most part.

I do like it, a lot! But I tend to not think about it so much these days. I've been using TSAR-1R mostly for rooms and short verbs. And messing with denise Perfect Room, though I'm still deciding on that one. Maybe I need to have a shoot-out with the Eventide...

Oh you know what though, there's another Eventide I use a lot. TVerb.

I never open Tverb. For which sounds is it cool?
The problem with Eventide plugins is they are very pricey though...

but 8000 is not enough so you need at least 80.000, cause one day, you wanna produce that one song, that needs that 1 specific one shot and chances increase that you have that one sample in time when you start catching them all today.

The same goes with any EQ, Compressor, Reverb, Delay, Kontakt library (hard drive space killer #1) and what ever gets released on a daylie basis.

tbh Xpand2 has some pads that are usable once you put your own FX on them - and it's low on CPU so I have like 15-20 pads that I liked the most in my production template ready to add anytime

Hybrid 3 + Output Movement got some use as a complex stuttery breakdown pad sort of sound in a song as well

This may be the only one I disagree with. I bought it for like $49, and I tend to use this a lot on my Vocal bus. I can always seem to dial in something that wasn't there before, or take away something that makes it sound better. I don't know what the "something" is, but it's "something."

i hate that i agree with you

XO actually looks really useful too. i am going to try it out if its on AZ. i can see it helping a lot when im looking for a specific type of sound. i assume the XY represents timbre and dynamics or something? its not clear on the site.
im not sure if the editor section will be useful, maybe for quick rough edits. there is only one way to find out i guess!

    EDIT:
it is on AZ :D <3

But eventide has the best introductory prices. Mostly 29 dollars for everything that's brand new. And the best customer support by far. So nice these people!

That's interesting. Never tried it on vocals. I am really disappointed by softube about this one. Because a few days after ive bought this they released the "full" version of the Drawmer 1973 multiband.

Their Athology bundle is intesresting during the Black Friday,it was $499.But You haven't always this money for some plugins, even worse when you just use few of them.
