close all NI apps, go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
and delete DjinnBass.xml (or something like that), do not delete any other files.
use search to find other copies of this xml and delete them too (if exist).
after this try to add library.

P.S. this xml can be in kontakt portable subfolders

There is no djinnbass camp file to delete. I can see the xml for my other libraries though

 

Thanks, this worked! my problem was that both legit and portable were on the same vst folder, Fixed!

 

apply show hidden and system files in explorer preferences

 

I have. No such file

 

Not sure exactly what happened but I decided to redownload the corrected file and reopen reaper and try to add the library. It worked. Everything is good now

try search on whole hdd
search in regedit

000 in SNPID is a frequent error last time. but windows is not my os. you can read posts at this forum with same problem to find files that you must delete.

now this library working - 100%. you can check it on other computer.
