subscription updates at AudioZ

    is it just me who no longer gets updates to things i subscribe to on the sister site?
    i do not want email updates, just updates on the site. im sure i used to get them, but i dont think i have had an update in a year or two. today i was able to confirm that there was a response to something i was 100% definitely subscribed to and i still did not get an update and cant find where any updates might be displayed.

    any ideas?

    Hello, i'm not sure which Subscription you're referring to, because we have three, but most simple explanation is that your yahoo email blocks emails from AudioZ, among with gmx, hotmail etc...

    i thought i could remember getting updates on AZ in a similar way that you would when you log into a forum. maybe i am mistaken though? but i thought about 2 years ago we used to get updates to replies to comments etc when we logged in.

    i am not looking to get email updates, i just want them when i log in.

    there is no such functionality at AudioZ at the moment, but you can subscribe to comments to receive updates on email.

    Getting notifications on the sister site would be a great feature to have. It's confusing to subscribe to a bunch of posts and to get Emails for every single comment, which made me stop subscribing and then missing a lot of comment replies. Would be lovely to have something like here where you see when someone did something with your post.

    It wasn't a Burns Night, but once I got so many whiskeys that I thought I was gonna turn into Johnnie Walker, bagpipe included.

    You guys are saying there is no such functionality there but when I get a message I get a notification when I come back to the site... Never subscribed to a thread tho, maybe you have the 2 confused :dunno:
