I am having some major issues with lots of headphones.. let me take awhile to explain my various setups.

PIONEER DJ SETUP HAS SEINHEISSER 25iis and work great and sound good for mixing or DJING

On my studio Computer #1 I have VERY GOOD unknown brand of wireless Bluetooth headphones.. The problem is I cannot connect these to a soundcard because they do not have a jack or plug, which leads me to my next problem.. SO I went out and got a little crazy and bought 2 more pairs of headphones I can plugin my studio setup to use.. I hate both of them.. Seinheisser 660S HD PIECE OF CRAP NO BASS, SOUNDS LIKE SHIT.. And THEY were expensive.. I will donate to audioz if I get my real username back

Next I bought another pair of headphones for mixing.. Behringer DT 770 These Are not AS SUCKY as the 660S for mixing but lack a full range of bass and high end.. The Seinheisser 25iis are honestly pretty good but I don't want to unplug them from my DJ setup to use for mixing I want separate headphones. And better than seinheisser 25iis, I make mostly bass heavy music PLEASE GIVE ME GOOD RECOMMENDATION - MONEY IS NOT AN ISSUE MY DADDY WILL PAY

Very basic recommendation for mixing here: go with cans that are as flat as possible. If your cans have "good" bass, your mixes will lack bass and sound thin.

Headphones are good for placement and (to a lesser degree) balance, but I would never release anything mixed on headphones.
I wouldn't have any faith in it.

Well... Since money isn't a problem, I can't think of anything but Audeze LCD series. But if what you want is bass, take a look on Subpac.

i usually make all my music using the superior pre amping tech of iphone earphones. Anyone who doesn’t do this knows nothing about advanced audio engineering principles...

What you describe as sucky is because they don't have so much bass. Look at it THIS way. You have spoiled your ears and brain by giving it excessive amounts of bass. I would advise you to not listen to headphones ANY headphones for about a week or two. In fact any music you DO listen to, try it with bass and treble set to flat.

Once you have weaned yourself off of the bass drug, what you find you'll be left with are very good studio cans, (770's) so persevere with them.

a sennheiser 600 ohms on a computer will not sound as a 70/80.
that's why you feel no bass compared to others. it need a better amplification or a mini dac usb.

sounds like you might have got used to the bass being boosted.
i wouldnt recommend mixing bass sensitive parts on headphones anyway tbh, even good ones will not reach very low. in an ideal world you should aim for a treated room with monitors and paired sub. obviously this is not always realistic though because of money, space, etc

another small tip, DL voxengo span and learn to use it in conjunction with your headphones. its free and the best spectrum analyser ive seen

Maybe that Software called "Sonarworks Reference" is your way to go to balance out the coloration of your headphones. Seems to be a legit piece of gear.

My Senheiser HD8 DJ are unfortunately not supported, but I will buy some headphones in the future that are supported and use the tool in order to mix properly mid and high ranged frequencies...for the low stuff you go for actual monitors or at least analyzers so your not "blind" :D.

For mixing, headphones need to be FLAAAAAT, and since all headphones have their coloration and enhance something, you wanna have sonarworks software to make it FLAAAAT.

Maybe you need new set of ears instead of a new set of cans.

you can easy plug it to ur soundcard with a smaller jack ,
you plug the small jack inside the big one then to your headphone you put Sellotape a
i think if you plug it only 1/2 inside , try just to find the sweet spot
    [IMG]
    or try it DIY headphone

You want flat headphones (not exaggerated bass). You want high-end audio cables.
You want (daddy to buy you) a good strong headphones amplifier.
Then give your *Sennheiser HD 660s a fair chance (and learn them).

Try not to act like a spoiled brat with all caps title and "rich daddy" bragging. Learn your (more than plenty) headphones ffs.

I do not want to scare you. But either you got used to too much bass, which I hope for you or your hearing is damaged.

    For Mixing.
Beyerdynamic Dt 990 pro open headphones. Not too expensive not too cheap and I can assure you they are balanced with a small smile in the frequency curve. They got great and plenty of Bass for more flat Mixing headphones.

Why not simply EQ your headphones?
