Hey guys still having trouble using the sister site on safari. For some reason on both my Macs running Catalina, I can't click on anything at audioz. The website loads but I can't click on anything, doing so just brings up a new window of ads. We thought it maybe was from downloading certain cashmere plugins, but it isn't. I just did a fresh install and wipe on my MacBook, but still doesn't work. Also my brand new iMac, with nothing downloaded so far, doesn't work with audioz either. If I go on chrome or Firefox it works, but not with safari. Does anyone have this issue? Is there a setting in safari I need to change? Thanks!

okay I figured it out I needed to "allow popups" for this website. You can close the thread!

Did you made sure that you were logged when this happen?

You can use add blockers at sister site.

olymoon im not sure what you mean. I have the ad blockers turned on, but i also disabled them to see if they would work. No Matter what whenever i click anywhere on the website it just opens up a new window with an ad, and i can never progress on the audioz page :O

I was asking if you are logged in, as this is the first step to avoid adds, in both AudioZ and peeplink.

Also, have you tried from another computer?

Anyway, I'm calling @SAiNT to this thread.

Hello, the only explanation for this is that you have javascript disabled in your browser, or it is blocked by some addon.
otherwise i'd really like to see a video of how it happens (in pm).

It happens on my Mac, too...only with Safari. Can't even login. On Chrome, everything works fine. Very strange, indeed...

try to delete all cookies and empty safari Caches
here a step how to active the Develop tools in Safari in order to Empty Caches
instructions you go to menu in safari
    1."Preference"
    2. "Advanced"
    3. check the box in the bottom "show Develop menu in menu bar"

now you can see new sections next to Bookmarks called "Develop"
    Press "Empty Caches "

With such a plethora of browsers available why are you so obsessed with Safari, don't you think its time to move on to a different browser, I always try out newer browsers in my search for the Holy Grail of features and performance. Don't you realize google is the leading terrorist of the net making it almost impossible to surf in peace without seeing ads pop up everywhere on the least little insignificant thing that you searched for during the past few days and months hogging up all available space on your web pages, and to add insult to injury when you click off the ad google asks you why and it posts alternate ads, putting you into a senseless loop from these money grubbing parasites. If you need a break and want net freedom try Dissenter or Tor browsers, there will probably be a lot more browsers like these cropping up very soon to help millions of frustrated users surf the net in peace without the frustration of ads and censorship telling you which sites you are only allowed to view or where to go. I use more than one and am satisfied having these choices.

safari has javascript turned off by default

This guide will step you through the process of enabling JavaScript in Safari.
    1. Click the "Safari" menu, choose "Preferences" ...
    2. Click on the "Security" tab.
    3. Click the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox to enable or disable JavaScript. ...
    4. Close the "Preferences" window. ...
    5. JavaScript is now enabled.

I just migrated to a new(er) MBP and was having the same problems as the OP the first time I opened up the sister site in Safari. You have to log in at the sister site to click on anything. As for the Peeplinks, the only thing I could do was use my Tor browser, copy the Peeplinks address from Safari, then copy the individual links from the Peeplinks page I open in Tor and open those back in Safari that way. Not even Adblock stops the Peeplinks shit.

apparently it's not the only explanation, also the site tells you when javascript is turned off.

i decided to test it, i never use safari but i did have javascript enabled and i had the same problem as OP. cant even login as anywhere i click gave popups repeatedly. the mouse pointer also doesnt change like it should on links. so i installed adblock and turned it on, reloaded the site and no more popups. then i tried to recreate the problem by turning off javascript but i was still able to click on everything and even got a message about having to turn on javascript (see screenshot)

which adblocker are you using and are you sure you turned it on?
    >preferences>extensions>check-mark adblock and adblock icon
