I found an android ap called nail the pitch and out of curiosity I checked my vocal range.

Males I think are supposed to be E2 to F5

I barely can reach that range... I struggle on the lowest and highest note. Not sure if the app also has trouble hearing E2 but anyway I can't go below that i guess I'm forcing it a lot already

This alone, what percentage does it make me a singer?

    What's Ur vocal range?

Vocal range isn't necessarily what makes you a singer. There's lots of breath control and other techniques that are involved. Range is helpful, but not necessary.

    Soprano: C4 to A5
    Mezzo-soprano: A3 to F#5
Alto: G3 to E5 (and contralto as F3-D5)
    Tenor: roughly C3 to A4
    Baritone: A2 to F4
    Bass: F2 to E4

Normal range...I don't think most males have a 3 octave range.

    You mean in-pitch, or out-of-pitch?

E2-E5, but I've also had years of vocal training, and started choir in third grade. Jeff Buckley had a range of nearly five octaves, Prince almost six if you count the questionable notes.

If you count falsetto (mine was pretty strong), when I was young I could cover about 6 octaves. Now my break point is like, A over middle C or something. I'm more of a baritone but I don't have a deep sounding voice.

A0-C5 (hum to falsetto). Tested with piano.

Roughly 2 octaves, but mostly if I want to stay in pitch. I can go ridiculously high screaming, but that's not really "singing" by any means.

The question was not about singing but about vocal range. My vocal range is as noted in the post above (ridiculous, but true). It has nothing to do with tempered pitch or hitting the intervals right.

Fair enough, I do tend to equate these two things (as in singing capability equals vocal range). I tried now and it seems I'm roughly good from G1 to A5 (i think). But that's again just noise.

Not to take into consideration effects and screams, hum and falsetto are not just noise, they are often used in vocal music, not so rarely even in opera. Very deep humming, known as "bruj", is used regularly in ortodox church music, and, for instance, "Baby You're a Rich Man" by Beatles is partially sung in falsetto. Also, falsetto is profusely used in imitating now non-existent castratos.

There are artists with such strong falsettos you tend not to even notice that they've crossed over to them. Todd Rundgren comes to mind.

Don't worry, more than 90% of pros in musical industry can't sing either.
