Hello all,

I recently bought Cognitone Harmony Navigator Advanced Edition. It seems to be a good software for chords/chord progressions, but I find it a little bit hard to get into. I want to share it with y'all @ AudioZ so more people can use it and thus hopefully give me some tips on how to get the most out of this software. Only problem that's holding me back from sharing it with y'all is that my personal information is embedded into the product. There must be some people out here who know how to go about this kinda issues, please help me share this with you all. *yes*

I've tried some and IMO the best combo is http://www.mucoder.net/en/tonespace/ with http://shop.propellerheads.se/product/autotheory/ (ofc it needs Reason too )

 

Thanks for your suggestion. I don't have Reason and I'm not planning on buying it so I'll have to pass on this one. +1 for Tonespace though, that's a nice little program indeed.

Here's a tip: keep studying theory and utilizing what you learned as you grow. Pretty soon you will have tons of options and more importantly you will understand how music works. The basics really aren't that difficult, harmony can get more complex but still. You will also have a better understanding of the emotional content of your music and how to leverage that to connect with your listeners. Never mind mastering tension and resolution which is key to writing a good song. You have to commit man, just do it. *yes*

Nobody said you have to stop writing music in the interim period. Pretty soon you will actually be amazed at how many roads are opening up for you. You will be implementing a good habit that will be the difference between eating today and learning how to fish. Believe in yourself and never give up. *no*

i'm on mac. but i didn't realise it also has an activation process you must go through so sharing it isn't as simple as just stripping it from my personal data... 2 bad, i don't have any crack team in my adressbook
