I don't know why, but Im in love with the sound of the surf guitar. Can somebody please tell me are there any VSTs for this????

 

The most important thing to get the sound will be an Reverb (spring Reverb)

you only asked for vst, wich can be an amp guitar simulator where you can add the spring reverb, tremolo, tape delay,echo and others.. or you can use any reverb vst

but it is important for achieving this sound, the guitar that you are using.

(Fender Stratocaster, Jaguar or Jazzmaster, Eastwood guitars were used alot for this kind of sound)

any guitar will do , but if you can, get a guitar with single coil pickups, and use the Bridge position.
use heavy gauge strings (.11's or up) and pick the strings right next to the bridge.

for vst, (guitar amp sim) you can use

amplitube Fender

create an Fender Twin Reverb comb or other amp with a clean tone, and turn up the reverb and tremolo, and add some echo or slapback delay.
