wsappx high CPU usage

    i have been using a i5 laptop windows 10. Wsappx constantly using the disk up to 90-100% and causes trouble while the booting. I tried all the solutions but none appeared to work.
    Please help me to solve this issue.

    Windows Settings > Privacy > Backround Apps > Let apps run in Backround > ALL DISABLED

    on music/graphic/gaming or other CPU intensive computers.
