Choir sound in Another Medium (Undertale OST)?

    from 1:21 on there's this really nice and specific choir voice with a really smooth slides between notes.
    Sounds like it could be made with some synth pad (Maybe Omnisphere) and blended with a choir.
    Anyone has information about how the official sound was made? or how you can achieve a close result?

    It's a theremin with reverb.
