Keep in mind that newer tech for laptops will be available after CES 2020 (Jan 7 - 10).
Any suggestions made now will use what is available in the wild at present.

Windows operating ,system Intel chipset to be used only for music production with Cubase Budget € 1500/2000....

 

Any decent and fairly new MSI gaming laptop. Good or decent audio interface (RME, Focusrite, MOTU, Audient, UAD, etc).

Hi! For music production, I’d recommend a laptop with a strong processor like an Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen 5/7, at least 16GB of RAM, and a fast SSD of 512GB or more. A MacBook Pro is excellent if you plan to use Logic Pro or want a stable macOS environment, while a Dell XPS 15/17 or ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 are solid Windows alternatives that can handle demanding DAWs and plugins. Make sure it has enough USB ports for audio interfaces and external gear. Either macOS or Windows will work well, depending on the software you choose.
