How to make this Snare/pluck?

    Can anybody help me find out what kind of sound this is? 0:03


    It sounds like some kind of reverb synth pluck that has adjusted cutoff/res. It continues thru out the sound and hits on every snare.

    does anybody know how i can get this sound?:dunno:
