Reaktor 6 FX Broken (VSTi working OK)

    yes technically but remember, the wet dry / send will not be correct. I checked in Reaper. The FX dll is needed for correct routing wet/dry.

    Not using Ableton fyi :)

    Sorry! I forgot. No they are not in the same folder, I have tried moving FX dll to new other folder and rescan. Same problem.
    Do I have to leave it where it defaults in the install? I've never had to before. Hmmm.

    ..and that's why it doesn't work.

    The FX .dll must be placed in the same folder as the VSTi .dll

    I remember having some trouble getting Reaktor to work in Reaper. I fixed it by manually editing "reaper-vstplugins64.ini" in reapers resource folder. Is reaktor (and reaktor FX) listed in there for you? and what does it look like?

    Back from holiday! No way, is THAT how I stupid I was?? I will move the DLL and test it BRB :) THANK YOU.......brb..

    I cannot thank you enough. I feel so stupid. Yes, it works beautifully now. I SWEAR I read the whole Reaktor manual and never saw this explicitly stated. I've never had any other plugin (ever, since 1999) needing to be side by side in the same folder as a counterpart before. Never would EVER consider that as a problem lol. Wow.

    I wish I could buy you all a round of beer/coffee/tea and say THANK YOUUUUUUUUUU :) Solved! I LOVE YOU ALL.
