need reassurance - will a new mac run cracked kontakt?

    Have not found a single piece of software that doesn't run on 10.12 or 10.13.

    I got the new 16in (catalina latest) and can confirm cracked kontakt 5 libs work. Not sure about new Kontakt yet.

    I am married to Logic and use a lot of stuff from our sister and I run Mojave without any problems. But if I was buying a new Mac now I'd be erasing Catalina before I even opened my eyes to look at it. I think Apple have taken their security to "officially paranoid" with this OS. I keep System Integrity Protection off, but I believe you can't do that with the new version. Security is very deeply embedded and can't be tampered with by the user. Which really sucks because of, well my whole thing with Logic. We've been together a really long time and it'd break her heart if I bought a PC and ran FL Studio.

    Use 5.6.6 to add libraries.

    Use 6 and up to play back.

    Simple.
