I'm wondering who holds the copyright of my songs if I submit my songs on Amuse.io. Some of my songs on Youtube were copyright claimed by Amuse. I asked them via email about it, but no response.

Does anybody have experience with Amuse.io?

Have never seen amuse.io before but seems you are copyright holder:

If you have received a message after an upload to YouTube that the audio in your video is claimed by Amuse this is good news. This means that we collect money for you on this platform too. The Content ID is under the Amuse name but the copyright owner is always the artist.

You can simply ignore the claim.

When we deliver music to YouTube it is to claim the recording and YouTube will provide a system called "Youtube Content ID" that will claim the copyright of your music. And this is fantastic if you want to have the possibility of making money on YouTube. If the track or parts of the track is used in a video, the artist's own or someone else's, Amuse will monetize and collect payments for the artist to withdraw from the app. The YouTube Content ID restricts how people can upload and use your music/content.

If you would like us to remove this feature, simply contact us and we will quickly help you out. Whenever you upload you have the choice to skip YouTube among the stores in the app.

as a producer i have faced this myself. if you don't have enough subs then you probably end up getting your song stolen by people and there is nothing you can do about it. you better use amuse for that. atleast you get few cents if someone with good subs and watchtime uses your song

Cool. By the way, I haven't registered my songs at the copyright office. How can Amuse make it?
