the complete u.s movie and music industry is in a rotting shithole right now, still, in that trash there are some figures that inadvertently carry with them a glimpse of what hiphop was once upon a time and this guy has a tiny, tiny but still a bit of that, its a kind of simplicity and naive working class street stance. i feel more genuity in him than 99% of the rest of the current smorgasbord. its light silly and still with a funny vibe. fun used to be a core element in hiphop, there isnt much left
