Totally agree, that would be the way I would feel myself. UNTIL an error leads to catastrophic results , what is the case here.
It doesn't help that both sides insist on being perfectly right.

What have to be done now is:
1. None of the opponents should write any more in this forum before case is solved.
2. @giancarlo himself contacts @Exidus directly
3. @Exidus assumes @giancarlo is a nice guy who just wants to get the case solved.
4. @giancarlo excuses for the error and being not as nice as he usually is. @Exidus does the same.
5. @giancarlo refunds the paid amount and offers one of the not so expensive plugins for free.
6. Love & peace
7. Both report the case closed to the forum.
8. Close thread.
