Dear Audioz and Audiosex,

I have an incredible story to tell you.
It starts with a terrible and sad drama.
I am sick to my stomach with grief.

I would much rather not mention the events...
They all have the same thing in common anyways: PAIN
It allows me to highlight the essential fact that no matter what shape a tragedy takes,
pain is pain and pain hurts. It can REALLY REALLY hurt. This is a universal truth.

No matter where we live on the globe, you can suffer and pain hurts.
I am hurt in my part of the world right now.
Luckily, I am safe and in no immediate danger.
I can't say it's the case for all my close ones though.....

Usually I am more solitary or don't reach out too much.
But today the pain is causing me to act very differently,
I guess it is a side effect of despair, I am willingly reaching out.

Here is where it gets more pretty:
I suddenly felt drawn to this site, it is the only such community I know of which i am a member.
This place suddenly felt like my family, like a familiar sympathetic place.
Even though it is only through what I read and see, I know nobody here intimately nor have even seen anybody's face.

And even though I feel at times more sympathy for some or some others, based on an avatar or comments,
let me tell you, nothing of all that minds anymore...
I forgot whatever annoyed me about anyone right now!

Audioz and Audiosex are extremly powerful sites and I am like REALLY glad to be here, very fortunate!
I am discreet, but I check the audiosex feed everyday along with the new releases.
I usually content myself with simply clicking the like icon.
You would be more likely to find me in the thread "what are you listening to now"

I have an important message of hope for anyone who is in pain at the moment:
if you are alone or isolated, contact at least one trusted person.
Dark thoughts can present themselves,
that is normal, it is only an indication that a high threshold has been reached, and if a high threshold gets reached in extremely painful situations, that is also very normal.

Being in pain alone like a bleeding wounded animal can bring about dangers of its own,
like attracting vultures, depending on where you are, what your surroundings are,
they are often the first ones on the spot, so keep that in mind.

Finally, I can assure you that there is something beyond the paralyzing, blinding pain.
I don't know all what exactly, but from the glimpses I am getting, it looks like hope and relief.
Anyways, I would rather go down putting up a hell of a fight!
If you are hurting, you are not alone
So everybody, let's raise a glass to this one:
get hurt, get up, keep fighting!!! Fight, fight, fight, fight, fight!!!!
Don't give up!

@crecy What a phenomenal post dude , none of us can ever truly know each others pain but we can be there for each other , wishing for you ever increasing peace , good health , true strong friendships and love mate

 

I suffered those for years in my twenties. Absolutely shocking - recovery would take days. My message of hope is, they eventually went away along with that weird buzzy tunnel vision that preceded them. Have had one in years. Hope this happens for you too.
