I have Waves Complete 10 installed but I want to switch to 11. For some reason Waves Complete 10 doesn't show up as an installed program. The plugins are all installed and working but there's no way to delete them. I'm not sure what to do.

 

Did you install it manually or did you have an installer? You can try the ccleaner to see if you get the uninstaller or you can uninstall it manually, I did it many times. I'm using a translator I'll try to explain how to do it manually on a 64-bit operating system. Programs files/ commons file /vst3 all waveshells Pograms files ( folder vst) you can have it as steinberg/ vst or vst Also all waveshells x86 file programs Folder "waves" (the whole folder) Also in the folders that you can have the 32-bit vst ( commons files and vst ) Then Pograms data ( folder " waves" ) I'd like to expose you better. I hope you understand. The programs folder may be hidden data, you must put it visible from Windows

 

now with this snow everywhere and the temperatures there will be no bots until march or something like that in my area they hear the lamp sometimes i can see them fly

Some good advice here but before you go the manual route, check for an uninstaller in the usual places. Sometimes an uninstaller will not show up in Windows "add or remove programs." I would do the manual way as a last resort. There's probably files all over the place, not to mention the registry and sometimes programs like ccleaner don't find all the "C***" you need to clean out.

 

I used RegScanner and UltraSearch to clear out everything I could find. Hopefully I won't run into any issues.

 

yep, those programs are fine to catch anything that the uninstaller sometimes leaves behind.

 

Is there any chance you could help me out with a Waves Central issue? Trying to install Complete 11 and I created the offline installer, I choose the folder and select all of the plugins I want to install but when I click install it says there was an unexpected error.

 

The registry in waves is ( regedit)

Hkey_local_machine
Then " software " then waves ( 32 bits)
Or...hkey_local_machines...software....
Wow64 " waves" ( 64 bits)

Licence save in "programa data"

 

Hmm... well I don't really have much experience with that part of it. I've only had experience installing Waves once (v10), and it was a different process from v11. Maybe some other Waves guru will pop in and help out. Or, if you're sure you've read and followed the setup notes correctly, someone back at the sis site v11 thread might have the answer. Sorry I couldn't help with this part.
