Can any developer or coder please help with this issue? I know au works but templates and projects never use au so this is becoming a huge pain in the back. Please guys, it’s a request. Thanks in advance.

But even ozone 8 isn’t working for me on 10.1.4. Is Live recognizing ozone 8 on 10.1.4 for you?

 

why you always have to use latest man. I am still on 10.1. it is most stable. why it is not detecting ?

 

What kind of thing is that to say? Why do you want to use updated softwares? If you can’t help then don’t say stupid things. Also, my auto update was on so it automatically updated.

I don’t know why it’s not detecting it anymore. 10.1.4 update did something about cracked plugins especially to ozone and neutron.

 

Try to scan plugins with alt held down

I did. I don’t think it’s related to that. If you will read the changelog for 10.1.4, they made some changes regarding cracked plugins so that must be the issue. I’ve tried alt (opt in Mac) multiple times. Are you also not on the latest Live update?

 

For me everything works fine.
Windows 10 x64
Ableton Live 10.1.4

 

also Ozone 9 works fine

 

Check your plugins directory. You probably have ozone plugins in the wrong place or x86 versions instead of x64 if you using 64-bit system.

 

the thing is no hate. but i i wanted to mention that latest does not always means better. you missed that thread of bug & cracked plugin issue in latest ableton.

 

I’m sorry I forgot to mention the issue only occurs in MacOS. I have a windows laptop too, no issues in that.

 

did this ever get "resolved"? i see there's a new 10.1.5. also i see that updates have since been released for a few VSTs (my issue was mainly with Komplete Kontrol). but i really don't want to go through the hassle of updating and then downgrading if someone else knows the answer. ...That's what forums are for.

i used quotations, because plugins/DAWS are always being updated and there will always be a something that doesnt work for someone. for some the resolutions was going back to Ableton 10.1.3. I was asking because i wanted to know if there was anymore info on this subject that i wasnt seeing.
