Win 10 and Rubix 24 sample rate issue....

    I might just be dumb...but I can't get Win 10 to playback 24/96khz.

    I use Maschine and I sample from YouTube and my own media library a lot...so I bought the Rubix24 for it's loopback feature and for this feature I need to use WASAPI shared mode. Using shared mode forces Maschine to Windows sample rate because I have to set the Rubix as the default device...but whenever I set the playback to 96khz, audio won't render. My media player freezes, youtube wont start, nothing...

    what am I missing here?

    it's a matter of Windows itself,
    you need to make sure EVERY process is using SAME samplerate and bit depth of chosen input and output device (!)

    In other words, just leave it at 44.1??
