How is this vocal sound done

    How does he do all those vocal sounds?


    He also does this in a new song but its just changing sound of a vocal is this just modulated? pitched up or w/e form guy to girl

    He uses Melodyne for the vocals.

    Chop the vocals up, put them into a sampler, give each chop +/- 5 semitones and randomize the notes. Gives you that hi and low vocal effect he uses.
