U-he Diva Question

    I have a whole note (midi note) on a loop same note

    I initialize the patch on U-He diva.

    why each time the midi note is played it sounds a bit different each time?? whats wrong with the settings of the initialized patch why does it do that

    It's what's great about Diva. In its attempt to recreate the analogue flavor you can tweak it so that some aspects vary slightly (or a lot !) anytime you hit a note. It's the behavior of old synths. You can probably change that - depending on the preset - using the "Trimmers" Panel where you can induce that behavior, or in the velocity dependant mods, etc.

    thanks i went to TRIMMERS, and i reduced the effect by selecting 2 voices

    so now it changes the sound only between 2 sounds

    is there a way to keep it the same though as in 1 sound? i can't find the option

    To get a more stable answer from the init preset you can set the "transient mode" in the trimmers to "osc reset", no detune, no voice drift, all variances set to zero etc. Should settle things down...You can have more than two voices then...
