I know there are a couple threads like this but I've been trying to wade through all the releases out there, some are multiple GB in size, some are not.

I just would like to know what release I need to grab to be able to use Movado

v2.3.1 is required (patch + software version)

 

I'd recommend looking for The Pirate's Omni 2.6 on the sister site. I installed that, and it works great. And it has a torrent for it, if you hunt through the comments.

 

As told you need 2.3 or higher. Any complete Omnisphere release is going to have a minimum of 56 + GB because the Factory Library takes as much. There is no way around it. My advice would be to download my release on AudioZ or any other that has a STEAM with a complete Factory library. Once you have that you need to avail yourself of all the latest updates. It makes no sense not to have the latest version because some libraries wont work without them. Moreover, after 2.5 features were implemented such as hardware synth integration. Furthermore, with the latest version/updates you don't have to authorize more than once, and previous versions are redundant because with Spectrasonics the previous versions are NOT necessary. All the latest updates are found on AudioZ as well. I have attached a couple of photos depicting what updates you need.
