    Hi

I hope the title give you all some kind of impression of what Im looking for?!?

It needs to be a pluging, so eg Recycle isn´t an option.

    Cheers

I don't know exactly what you are trying to pull off, but the way that this would usually be done is by automation on the master track. Why the master track? It's not available otherwise, in all the DAW's I know of, because it would cause timing issues in relation to the other tracks and require a minimum of two separate playbacks.

So- For an entire project, automate on the master track. For an individual track, create a new project, automate on the master track, and print through the master track.

In Cockos' Reaper, the automation option is titled "playrate".

Aren't you speaking of duration? That's time-stretching, I barely know it in practice but since it changes the duration of a track/item introduces problems that a pitch-shifter plugin (its cousin) doesn't. In the line of what @R4pToR well said, but don't take my word for it.

I think you may want to look for support at the DAW level more than at the plugin because of that. Again, others know much more than me.

While it surely is not impossible, it would be hard for the developer to archieve.
I.e. if you expand the sound (making it longer) all input needs to be cached, stretched and played.
That would be at last possible, but depending on how long the play butten is pressed, that would be a total ram eater.
No for time compression (making it shorter) I would go as far as "not possible until time travel is invented".
You hit play... now the plugin does not know when you're gonna hit stop. It just knows that you want your input played faster, lets say twice as fast. It would have to buffer half of the playing time, compress, and from half of track play the outcome. But as it cant guess when stop is hit, it just doesn't know how long to buffer and from where to play.

I think most of today's DAWS can do what you ask on a clip basis. Changing the speed is nothing more than changing the lenght of your audio clip (longer for slower speed, shorter for faster speed).
I use it in my everyday workflow in Studio-One, in Ableton and in FLStudio. Some DAWS allow you to choose the algorithms for the time strech (FL & ableton), to lock on project tempo or move the length freely... I never felt the need for a plugin, as it's actually very simple and efficient in those DAWS.

Time-stretching is the alpha of sampling, just a quick youtube search with "Timestretch+"name your DAW" would already give you a lot of hints.
Maybe explain a little more what you're trying to achieve and what your setup is, answers could be more precise and relevant that way.

PS: Serato Pitch&Time works as a plugin in ProTools only, but there's a version that can be added to the algorithms of time-stretching in Logic if I'm not mistaking

All DAWs has this. Time stretch/warp/flex/elastique, etc. They just word it differently.
