At first sight it sounds like a routing problem. What interface and DAW do you use and how's the signal path?

    Seems like you are:
    recording your voice,
monitoring your voice at the same time (maybe it is muted),
    and recording "monitoring" itself.
So it means you record your voice twice. So it causes smallest delay between them and you get 2 phased vocals (from mic and vocal-already-in-pc-but-muted-and-monitored)

Hy guys. First. Thanks for answer.
Im used fast track pro . Routing is a cable for micrphone ( cannon to interface). Im used studio one.
Im monitoring sometimes but whit headphones ) i try upload audio to listen

I was going to suggest reflections from the room, but the monitoring within the DAW is a much more likely candidate.
It would be useful to know what DAW you are using to record.
M-Audio Fast Track Pro: I experienced many crashes in the DAW using that interface. On several different workstations (Windows 7). Is it stable for you?

Yhea..the room is too big. But i cant fix ( right now)
    I have w7 too..and used studio one
Fast track is inestable, yes , but whit old driver ...work , not perfect, but work.
I used studio one 4. But always have this problem , just in voice , and its much notorius when i say word whit " s"

Yeah, phasing would be much more prominent in the high range sibilant sounds. If your DAW has a monitor function, you might try doing a test recording with that turned off and see if it's still there.
Or try soloing just the vocal track and see if it's still there. Could be some routing in the DAW causing it as @No Avenger said.
I can't remember much about monitoring on the M-Audio, I gave mine away about a year ago. Maybe download the manual and see what routing options and monitoring options it has.

sounds like recording the channel twice from different endpoint, at different latency, maybe you're accidentally routing monitoring back?

I just downloaded the file and limited it by 13dB. The 'issue' I could hear was only room reflections...
Except that you've exported a stereo file, it's absolutely in phase.
