If you change the tempo, you are affecting the song. So, either you could change the real tempo (e.g. Audacity) or you could change the ID tag (e.g. Mp3tag).

    Two ways!

Convert into a rex - file (in Propellerheads Recycle)or use a slowdowner and save in the bpm of your choice!

You might have to convert the mp3 into a wav - file before using Recycle, but thats no problem!

    Good luck!

You cant convert a fill song in Rex format. Rex is for loops only.

If you want to change the bpm without affecting the pitch, you need a DAW which support elastic audio to perform stretch.
Ableton will work, Sony Acid, Cubase, Reason ...

In Traktor you can play a song, but it's tricky to export, better use a DAW

Remember that changing the tempo it will change the key of the song, and also can make that song will sound very bad.

Here is some explanation for it Understanding key and tempo

you can use the record function in Traktor ...but if you want quality winch is hard to achieve use wav file in Traktor ...or do as i do ...load the wav into Studio One, in the inspector change to poly then below there is a number for transpose ...i suggest not to pass -1 to +2 values ...it will sound very bad ...you will loose transients also, use the best vst to bring them back: Transient Shaper from °°°schaack-audio.c0m ....remeber that the audio engiene engine is not the best but its close ...if you want the best: search for Time Factory ...some will say Ableton but personaly i dont like it ...the algorithms to me are not at their best ... or you could use : QuikQuak Pitchwheel as a VST ...sometimes when using lower values this is a nice plug to use ...try them all 3 options ...choose the best ...hope it helps ! cheers :mates:

    PS: RO?

An LP is a full album while an EP has only a few songs so basically an EP is between a single and a full album. Next time don't be lazy because in the time you typed that you could have already gotten your answer had you looked it up. GIYF (Google Is Your Friend) *yes*
