I also tried the next version down and its still not working, strange. It installs in vst folder like normal but ableton scan just does not pick up either vst. ALL other plugins no issues.

 

Maybe you installed 32bit VST?

I think Ableton only supports 64bit.

 

First, you need to find out where those Melodyne dllsare located. Run Ultrasearch and it will find it for you.Sometimes people get so excited that forget about paying attention to the install location. On top of that they install Vst 2 x32bit, vst 2 x64bit, vst3 x32 bit, vst3 x 64 bit. Four different dlls when most likely you have a 64 bit DAW and therefore all you need is the 64 bit version of either the vST2 or VST3. All the others are unecessary.

 

Ableton 10 only supports 64 bit plug-ins so it might be a 32 bit plug-in. If it's not in a folder by itself, try putting it in a folder by itself and see if it works.
