Cubase Artist 10.0.20 X64 win,crashes when loading GUI Resources

    Hi everyone.
    I followed the 10 steps as mentioned in the installation guide in sister site but it crashes at the begining just when it is loading GUI resources and then double clicking the icon nothing happens or it appears for 1 second.Can anyone help?
    win 7,64 bit.Everything ok with elicenser for C El 8,it's working.

    Hi there, my Cubase artist works ok, it has some glitches here and there but it works.

    My windows build : 1903 18362.418

    try updating your drivers and windows version then try again.

    What drivers?ASIO drivers?I 'll do it.

    My Windows is 7 ultimate v.6.1(internal version 7600),if this helps.

    Download this file run it, give it a few seconds then a web page will open informing you which drivers needs to be updated. Download all of them install them, reboot then check if windows has any updates.

    After you do all that check your Cubase.

    MrLyannMusic,thak you,I did it,but the searching found new drivers for :
    1.AMD Radeon R7 Graphics
    2.Realtec .....Audio (soundcard)
    3.Realtec PCIe .....controller
    4.AMD SATA Controller
    5.ASMedia......controller
    6.AMD SMBus
    Should I install all of them? Maybe only the ones for the soundcard?

    Clicking the green box associated,with each drive will open a new windows, scroll down a bit you will see [​IMG] click on it a small window will open, always chose the second link, the one provided by the website.

    it is recommanded that you download and install each and everyone of them. reboot and if you did update your winodws try to run cubase again.

    SOLVED!
    I only updated windows and it's working.I also downloaded all the drivers as you show above which I 'll install later.Sometime during installation it asked for registering and I clicked:Already registered.
    Correct?
